But I guess I mean I'm talking about careers here, not jobs.
The application had a whole lotta questions about how I identify myself.
Firstly I could have put myself as 'they' instead of Mr.
Or Non-Binary or two-spirit
And maybe something relating to LGBTQ+
LGBTQ is too much for me, so probably I wouldn't do that.
But what if I said I was non-binary?
Do you think that increases your chances of getting selected?
