like bulking in the winter/cutting in the summer?

and if so why? what are the benefits and cons


me myself i dont i just stick to a year round regime nothing to extra in the winter

i do try to do more to get more of a sweat going though through ab exercises to make sure i dont get that chub fat on the muscles

gotta stay sharp :takedat:

I keep it the about the same other than increasing weight and dropping reps during cuts. I run Smolov JR for bench and squat and maybe a month or 2 of DC training during the winter when I slack on diet.

im the opposite, you cut during the winter so that you can show off by the time summer starts, then bulk slowly thereafter, cut in the winter etc

the idea being you dont show off much during the winter, whereas you do in the summer
