I do cheat meals and not days. So let's say I'm having a a get together with some friends. I will eat good the whole week and then the day off I will eat less calories throughout the day in anticipation of all the calories I will take in later.
C/s the poster above me, I allow myself a meal or snack-with that said, I don’t go above my daily caloric goal regardless of what I’m eating. I also try to do it on a day where I put in more time/effort at the gym.
I eat more calories on Saturdays but that is also my longest bike ride day. I take a whole week off and eat at estimated maintenance every 4 to 8 weeks during a cut.
saturday, but that's the day i put in 2 hours at the gym and burn anywhere from 800-1200 calories. it's sort of a cheat day/meal. usually eat solid after my workout, but if i go out for brunch or that night, i'll eat whatever and have drinks. there was a period in time where i'd follow that up with only eating about 700 cals on sunday....need to get back to that, dropped 17 pounds that month
