Do you have life insurance?

I listen to the Dave Ramsey podcast a lot and he always says outright how stupid people are for not having life insurance. Then he said that it should be ten times your salary and honestly, I was taken aback because in my family, if anyone had a policy at all it was a glorious moment.

I have a small policy but I'm going to increase it. I got it through my credit union.

Yes. I have a wife and kid so I want to make sure he is taken care of when I pass. I only 7 times my salary.

Whenever I get married and/or have a kid I'll make it a point to buy some.
