Massachusetts is doing a lottery where if you enter you can be of one of 140 people to win a low license plate number like one with 2,3 or 4 digits. The regular plates have 6 digits. Would you enter? I think they look cool and would be cool to have one. But then again, I don't know if I would like my license plate number being easy to remember just in case I get in some shyt and need to peel out real quick.
