my bodytype is for deadlifting. long limbs shorter torso. thick back. I have to work hard to keep my squats from going down hill.

deadlift. back is naturally strong. after a heavy set i feel :ahh:


long legs so when I rack up the barbell to do squats its like :sadbron:

Short, muscular, powerful legs. My lower back is weak as hell...

deadlift...

no matter how much I work legs I can't seem to get any size. Luckily my calf genetics are decent so I still look straight in shorts.
