I rarely feel strain unless I'm doing weighted pull ups or squats... Are DOMS good and sign of progress or is it just strain??
I would add that the better fed you are the less likely they seem to be. Granted if you only hit legs one a week then it's likely going to not be pretty regardless.Rarely. Only happens if I take time off at this point
DOMS vary from person to person. I personally don't see them as a big indicator of much once you learn the difference between them and a strain/injury.
