Do you experience DOMS after every workout ??

Rarely. Only happens if I take time off at this point


DOMS vary from person to person. I personally don't see them as a big indicator of much once you learn the difference between them and a strain/injury.
I would add that the better fed you are the less likely they seem to be. Granted if you only hit legs one a week then it's likely going to not be pretty regardless.

Very very true, food and HYDRATION are big keys.

I should've mentioned I hit everything at least 2x a week for clarity sake, not that everyone should or needs to do that but I think it's why DOMs are rare on my side.
