No because human beings are naturally greedy and don't share power well. Who ever is running things will continue to benefit their own.
Nah, even if we get past race we'll find some new shyt to hate each other about.
If aliens attack earth and we gotta get our shyt together to survive, sure.

Some people are born smarter.
Some people are born taller.
Some people are born faster or stronger.
Some people are born more creative.
Some people are born social butterflies.
You can't escape inequality. However, depending on your inborn attitudes, You can either work to mitigate the effects of inequality in society, so that no one suffers for what is out of their control, or, you can take a survivor of the fittest approach and work to further your own interest.
