No, we didn't dress better.
At least as far as fit is concerned. Today we generally wear clothes that fit tighter to our bodies in a much more (but not too much) flattering way.
We wore things that were way too baggy back in the 90s.
But as dated as Uptowns/Timbs, Baggy jeans and a oversized sweater looks from a fashion perspective, I'll take that outfit over the skin-tight animal pattern shyt that dudes like Lil Wayne was wearing.
