You can learn some basic web design and programming on youtube. You can make a bunch of websites and have companies host their ads on them. Its good money if you get a ton of people on your site(like this one...).

oh yea as for that making websites for business thing honestly if you're like me you probably wont want to go through the hassle of learning how to do it. Thats why one thing you can do is outsource it. Be a middle-man if you can find people who want you to design websites just broker the deal and have someone else do it, some of the best places to outsource are overseas. A website that costs 250 here can be outsourced to someone overseas for 150, you just came up 100 by really doing no work. What would you rather do slave over making a website for 250 or spend 10min and hire someone else to do it and make 100 (time is money). Of course the hard part in this is finding someone reliable to do the work well elance.com and odesk.com are some of your best options to find reliable outsourcers.
The key thing is with whatever you do, TAKE ACTION. All the stuff Im telling you and more is stuff I had been researching and flirting with over 2 and half years ago. I never took action and did anything, had I taken the necessary action back then, I know for fact I would be eating good on alot of those ideas Im talking about at least 4 figures a month at the very minimum.
