Do Yall Feel Like Usually Better Actors can really Save Bad Movies?

Like take any bad movie and replace the lead with the Daniel Day, Dashing Denzel, Savy Sam Jackson, Wesley "Wow" Snipes, Legendary Leo of the acting world and they'd make that movie better?
I feel like most movies suck cause the script sucks more than the acting and actors aint really to blame more times than not for movies being bad.
