Already had :
Mo Pouncey:boss:
Foster:ehh:
Legursky:ehh:
Gilbert:ehh:

added:

DeCastro
Adams
:win:

Still have Colon at RT :what:

If all goes according to plan we just might have an actual O-line and not get beaten by 3 man rushes anymore:smugfavre:

The D-line: Heyward/Hampton/McLendon/Hood/Ta'amu/Keisel need to beast for the D to return to 08 levels

:boss:

Willie Colon is finally being moved to guard(left guard) and Mike Adams getting first crack at LT

Looking at a line of:

Adams
Colon
Pouncey
DeCastro
Gilbert

Average age of 24. Young and probably some growing pains earlier in the season but has a chance to be pretty good:obama:

I have been saying this for years. Colon has the tools to be a nasty guard. He is strong and plays the run well. Putting him next to Mo and his pass pro will get better.

His biggest problems at the tackle position was with guys who were athetic and long. They gave him fits cause he has short arms.

If he can pull he will be devasting. I hear that we are going to pull both guards either direction so this will be great. I am so glad we FINALLY are investing in the oline to protect Ben..

If all goes well Ben will have his best O-line since probably 07. And if they grow together it may be the best O-line of his career. Colon's ability to stay healthy is still an issue though. Our offense as a whole is gonna be rather young. The D is gettng younger as well.

Allen,Brown,Sylvester,Spence,Heyward,McLendon,Ta'amu

all have a chance to see significant playing time

I'm excited to see the run game improved. Passing game - eh. Nothing's going to change - Ben'll hold onto the ball for too long and he'll still scramble.

I do like that they're working in a lot of no-huddle. More quick slants too please.

I hear that we are going to be using Chris Rainey like McCluster from KC. He has the speed to do it too. I am super excited about that.

I am looking forward to see what running backs step up with Spindehall being hurt.

Redman - Starter. Bruiser. Runs with heart. Will pound the shyt out of you no homo

Dwyer - Still remember that 76 yard run last year. :ahh: I like his skill set and his size. He can be super effective at 225-230 and still have quick feet. Would have had a bigger role last year if he did not break his foot.

Batch - THIS guy is the one I am interested in! He was the camp darling before he went down last year. :noah: I look for him to take over Moore's duties.

Raniey - Special teams ace, situational runner in some packages. Get him in space with that SPEED. Too little to be a every down guy.

I think the passing game is gonna be different when I read things like this

Big Ben is bedrock of 'Rosetta Stone' attack - AFC North Blog - ESPN

Based on what he's seen of Haley's complicated offense so far, Roethlisberger estimated it's 90 percent different than the one run by former Steelers coordinator Bruce Arians.

Maybe less 2 tight end sets. Haley just might drill the idea into Ben that sometimes he needs to take the check down. Ben's been a beast but as he gets older he'll have to start living to fight another down in certain situations. I don't want to see him go out like McNair(r.i.p)

I'm hoping we get to see a fully healthy manny sanders. I believe he led the team in yards in our playoff loss to the broncos. I also hope wallace gets signed soon so he can start to learn the new playbook. I think I remember reading batch was holding his own in backs on backers drills last year in camp so i'm looking forward to seeing what he can do:yes:
