Yes they do work. But don't fukk with them unless you work out a lot. If you're just a beginner then for sure don't fukk with it.

Don't do it bruh....eat heavy carbs b4 and after our workouts each day to help build mass.... Once u fuk up ur bodies chemistry with anabolics/PEDs u may have some irreversible effects. Now if u had a doctor checking your genetics and blood and than he gave u the roids I'd day go ahead.

0 point in doing them, you're at the prime age to workout, eat well and grow naturally! Trust me. I was skinny as hell when I was 20-21, kept training and learning and now I feel like I have filled out well without steroids or enhancers like that
