So we sitting here in the living room and eating dinner. She happened to buy dinner tonight (fried fish from Crockettes in Montclair NJ) because she didn't take anything out to defrost this morning to make or I could make. So I'm sitting down flipping through the channels for something to watch and I settled on ABC to check the news out or watch Jeopardy afterwards. She fixed me a plate of food, which was some fried whiting. I said "thanks Babe" then got up to get some hot sauce to put on the coffee table for us to use plus get her some electrolyte water to drink. Now what occurred after us finish eating is what pissed me off. I finished my meal, she was done with hers too so I got up with my plate and went over to where she was sitting to get her plate. I stood in front of her and asked her to give me her plate but she did not respond to my request for the plate so I motioned with my hand to give me the plate but she kept looking at the TV. I eventually asked again then she gave me her plate. As I was leaving to go to the kitchen she said "why you aint just bend down and get the plate?".I said "what you just say?"
, she responded by saying "why didn't you just bend down and get the plate".
. I let it ride for maybe 20 seconds while I was in the kitchen scraping the bones in the trash and was thinking ...then I got pissed even more about it
Then came back and sat down and she asked "why you seem tight"? I said "what you said awhile ago was disrespectful", she asked "how was it disrespectful?" I said, "all you had to do was just give me the plate so I could take it but for whatever reason you saw fit to ask me to bend down and get it, I don't bend down to no one". She then was like
"there you go with that manly stuff. I was like "what manly stuff, I just felt I was disrespected and it has nothing to do with manly stuff" She then was like "if I disrespected you, I apologize, i know its things you Jamaican men don't tolerate", then I said "ok apology accepted" but now she all tight and silent. Now i don't know what prompted her words but I also don't want her to take certain liberties with me. Yes I do speak my mind but at times my words do cut and I come off insensitive and cold due to my years of being HOH's. I already know the answer but was I wrong for checking her?
You are right....I never understood the point of doing that. I have seen women plan out how they are going to test their man. Some people enjoy knowing how much control they can have over a person. To start a fight over something like that is just petty, especially for a grown woman. Looking beyond the surface it also shows that she probably has an underdeveloped mind and she is not all there. I could be wrong, but it also reveals that she is full of insecurities. People who seek to find trouble with others have a hard time dealing with their personal demons so they find joy in starting problem with other people. ESPECIALLY people who are nice and respectful towards them. When you call them out on their bullshyt they look at you like you are strange. Trust and believe, if he did not call her out on her mess she would be think, "mmhmm I got this dude. I'll make him my bytch". Seems silly to others, but seeing an emasculated man is literally one of the saddest things to watch.
Seems females enjoy playin wit emotions till the situation gets dire.
Don't condone hittin females nor beatin upon them but careless/petty confrontation to prove yo "toughness" towards a nikka ?

and ask her to give it back. She tells me how I got no style wearing this shyt and said that it is because I am loser. Now normally I would roast her ass back but I was heated that day. I ask again and she tells me I won't do shyt and tells me the hat smells of loser. With the rage of a bull I blitz her and tackled her like golderg on some spear type shyt. She on the floor groaning and smacked her with my hat and smothered her with the smell. She then starts crying and booked it. Was suspended for 2 days and my mother beat the piss out of my ass. Found out in middle school she liked me but hated me ever since that day if she didn't bother me she wouldn't be broken in half on the grass.
