Run those tough mudder or Spartan race type runs? Around my area today we just had a little 5k mud run it was actually pretty fun and challenging

I want to do Tough Mudder, but can never get a team together when they are near my area. Plus they always come to my area in the dead of winter.

I plan to do it one day.

yea I wanna get a team together to do a tough mudder or savage race. My cousins live in Wisconsin and did one in the dead of winter said the mud had a frozen layer over the top of it luckily I live in florida but like I sai I did the 5k I did was pretty fun and challenging, you should def hit up a starter one!

i just signed up for warrior dash with my homie and 2 of my homegirls...we're doing the one on sept 21 in CT....after memorial day weekend it will be time to make some more cardio and calisthenics additions...im going to try to lean out as possible
