I just got one of those Epson 3D Projectors and man them shyts is fiya! Watching movies intended for 3D on the big screen is immersive as hell! So lately I've been looking for good 3D movies to purchase and I have found the pickings slim out there. Anyone have any good recommendations for good 3D flicks people should check out? I can vouch for the piffness of the following:

How to Train you Dragon

Journey to the center of the Earth

Any other suggestions?

with the 3d projector do you need a special screen you project it on? or can you project it onto anything and it'll be 3d?

Yup. The actual projector projects a 3d image, so you can project it on any kind of screen. My screen is 92 inch and cost me about 900 bucks. The projector does all the work!

This image is fukking gorgeous though.

Bruh, if you use torrents?
Put this in and you'll get every 3D movie out, and it'll work via stream on any of your gaming systems if you have them (if not, burn them onto DVD of course)
3d x264 yify
You will have to either have windows 7 which has windows media player 12 which can already see MP4 files
Or you have to do a hack sort of by doing this...
Stream h.264 Video MP4/M4V to PS3 and XBOX 360 from Windows Vista/XP
And then you can :eat: like a champ :win:
Nope. I look at 3D as just a gimmick that is meant strictly for movie theaters.
Well it works perfect at home if you have active shutter glasses.
Its also great for video games that have 3D. Even better than movies
Especially if you get that ps3 3DTV which only cost $200 now at bestbuy/gamestop.
You can't go wrong there...

Depends on what type of TV you get. The movie theater glasses work on Passive 3DTV's I believe (you can google that to make sure)
The ps3 3DTV's that cost 200 use active shutter 3D which is supposedly the best 3D currently available.
Those glasses cost between 50 and 70 apiece. The set comes with 1
I want to get at least 3 more... but thats another 150 - 200 which is still much cheaper than the alternative.
