When y’all gonna realize DJ Quik was NWA all rolled up into one
Yessir....I'll never forget summer 1991 we bumped "Quik is the Name" damn near nonstop and yeah it was like Straight Outta Compton Pt. 2. "Loked out hood" is my favorite track on that album. It's so hip hop especially, cause I love a good beat change. And it's so vivid in the story you can see it especially if you know how shyt goes on any random night in the hood.

I’d rather Quik just put out an album himself than produce for others. Besides a few exceptions his beats are wasted on trash or mediocre rappers.

another Suga Free album produced by DJ Quik would be nice but other than that, I agree

Hell, that’s why I didn’t bother listening to that album Quik made with Problem
