This was the purpose of the Black Radical Wing of Black Political movements.
This has effectively been stamped out and neutered.
You will never see the equivalent in America and whenever we see something that even remotely
resembles it, it is handwaved away as simply ineffective civil disobedience that would be better served
being channeled into casting votes and little else.
