I'm an avid Jeopardy watcher but haven't watched it since Katie Couric hosted and that was followed by Dr Oz and now Aaron Rodgers who are both I'm sure are awful.

The host (Aaron Rogers). The answer is "In 2015 congress authorized payments of 4.44 million to each of these people. 10 bands for each day of their captivity.

Contestant 1 says "Who are slaves?"
Contestant 2 says Guantanamo Bay prisoners
Contestant 3 says Japan concentration camp survivors.

Aaron Rogers: The correct answer is Iran hostages

However many people that was, it was only 444 total days of captivity total. Slavery in the country (from when it started in 1776, NOT counting the 100+ years before) was over 32,000 days. Imagine that number multiplied by the total amount of slaves :wow:
