Gaunter says something slick to Vlodimir's ghost at the wedding, on some, "Maybe one day Olgierd will tell you something very interesting" and says it in this really demonic way, what did he mean by that?

Olgierd made a deal to sacrifice his brother in return for 3 wishes. His brother ends up dying the next day trying to escape a raid, but Olgierd lies and says that his brother died valiantly fighting off multiple soldiers at once

Didn't he sign over his own soul for those 3 wishes?

Their deal also included Olgierd giving up his soul to Gaunter after 3 more wishes are granted by proxy (the 3 major quests he gives Geralt).

Olgierd thought he could avoid giving up his own soul because part of the contract was that they had to be "standing on the moon", which he thought was impossible, but Gaunter set everyone up at that temple where they were all standing on a mosaic of a crescent moon, therefore he was able to claim his soul at that moment. Geralt has the choice to either interfere and reclaim his own soul along with Olgierd's, or allow Gaunter to take his soul and Geralt's debt paid.

Gaunter O'Dimm is basically the devil incarnate but his quest rewards were much much better:hubie:
