I'm not saying is a bad thing, actually the crime rate is going down Anyone rocking baggies in NY lately is looking like a retard unlessyou do contruction work. and no, I'm not talking about people rocking skinny only.... Now the youth shifted to fit jeans, nothing crazy like in the 90 and early '00s
