Did Nintendo do something to all their pokemon roms?

I've been to multiple websites and I can't find a working Pokemon Rom for the GBA at all.

I've downloaded a lot of roms and they all work except this one.

Anybody got a link to a working rom of Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire I will rep.

Nintendo went ham a few years ago and took all the good roms offline.

Those who know where to look can still get what they need ya dig
