Long story short i hit some hard times and I had to cut my gym membership. I just had recently moved and my rent is higher now meaning that I couldnt afford my whey and other supplements. So about a month and a half i went without working out and meeting my nutrient goals for the day. Even though I was still able to eat normally I feel that i lost some major gains.

Now Im back in the gym and I look and feel so flat and fat brehs :sadcam:

Is it possible to lose muscle mass that fast in a month and a half?

like @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! said, it comes back faster than you think. once you get over that mental hurdle the first few weeks you'll get right back on track.

thanks friends...I needed this :to:

think I should go on a cut right now or just wait a couple more months?
it's tough to cut when you're already feeling behind, you'll prob feel short on energy. i would at least keep it at maint til you're comfortably settled back into your routine.

It takes twice as long to get rid of muscle as it did to gain it, friend. Muscle memory is real but so is all the fat on top of your old muscle. I didnt work out for maybe half a year and within a month i was back to dead liffting and squatting 3 plates and doing 100 burpees like Whaa.
