Sofar I feel like its not a good look. I understand what they were trying to do, but to me it just played into more stereotypes that it didn't have to or that we didn't need.


It wanted to be real and feel organic but the punched feel pulled or generic when it comes down to it.



Its still entertaining though.

Im four episodes in and I like the show.

I dont know what stereotypes it's playing into but Luke is the anti-angry black man and far from a stereotype. He even hates being called "nikka" because he is not a nikka. He is a black MAN.

It has a lot of themes that correlates into black society today. IT has excellent dialogue and top-notch music. The business undertones is something never seen in a black-oriented tv series. IT maybe TOO BLACK for cacs and c00ns and I fukking love it.
