did DMX ever respond to Kurupt?

I hear people say "party up" was about Kurupt but I heard other people say it was a response to Eminem throwing shots in forgot about Dre and that Em responded again on I'm just Marshall Mathers. I never heard DMX in any interviews acknowledge him. When Kuript talks about the beef he makes it sound like it begins and ends with calling out names.

Do any of you X fans are old heads remember some response that I missed?

LOS ANGELES — A bodyguard for Kurupt was killed Sunday

night and two others were hurt when at least two men shot at them

outside a studio where the rapper was working.

Police said they do not have a motive for the shooting, in which

Dwayne "Draws" Dupree, 23, died from multiple gunshots to the torso.

DMX fukked with Foxy, Kurupt's girl and Kurupt went off on "Calling Out Names." One of the best diss tracks ever. Hot beat by Fred Wreck and Kurupt had that energy. Some dude in Kurupt's camp allegedly got murked over it and both sides agreed to squash the beef to stop the violence. So no, I don't think there was any musical response from DMX.
