Did David Otunga fit any black wrestler stereotypes?

Seems like I always remember him being talked up as a Lawyer and a Harvard grad. I'm sure I'm wrong, but I don't remember him doing any like negative stereotypical shyt like dancing or anything. The Lio Rush thread got me thinking about it. Dude kind of gets lost in the shuffle when talkin about black wrestlers fitting a mold.

Well, they completely underused him and ignored any potential he had to be any sort of major player.*:rudy:

Apart from that..

*or did he get injured or something? Seemed like he was cut off from proper ring work in his prime.

I always thought Otunga couldve been Kurt big. Had the 'real world credentials' as an Harford educated elitist to build his ego like the Olympic medals and was prepared to make a fool of himself for payoff. He had the body. He could work. Dude SHOULD have been main eventing.

So in summary... Unless I missed a reason for him disappearing from Raw and Smackdown apart from in the booth I give it 3 out of 5 racisms. :mjpls::mjpls::mjpls:

Had he been able to even be Jinder Mahal in the ring, he could probably have really been something. Educated background, the look, could talk, pretty good theme. He just couldn't really wrestle. Would have been great as a smarmy manager to various people. They could have played up his education and law way more than they did. It also kinda seemed like the idea of wrestling, being in front of big crowds, and living that lifestyle, but not really being all that into actually wrestling :lolbron:

David otunga is like a mixture between carlton & braxton without any of the redeeming qualities.:trash:
