Do you mean as a way of getting job experience, or just volunteering/community work overall?

I served as a mentor through the Big Brothers program for years and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I served on the board of a charity for a few years that assisted people with terminal illnesses. It was a really rewarding experience.

I’ve also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity a few times and that was dope too. The lady whose house we were building actually happened to stop by while we were there and she was super appreciative.

I’d highly recommend it, in whatever capacity you’re able to.

Had to do 60 hours in order to graduate high school. I volunteered at my hospital.

I ended up getting fired for grabbing a girl's ass :mjlol:

I enrolled in a mentorship program for high schoolers for a few years. I also occasionally attend charity events (for socializing purposes though). I plan on doing more of it this year after I get vaccinated because the need will be there coming out of the current climate.
