I was literally on Cottom Ave a few years ago when I drove to Philly. I'm I'm correct, it's a Target and shopping strip mall around that area.
Detroit doesn't have any department stores so that stood out to me while I was there. shyt, we got our first Walmart a few years ago and that's still the only one in city limits (plenty across 8 mile though)

There was a Private Jet that was going from Richmond to PNE? and diverted to PHL. That's all I can find.
