A 200K-square-foot garage to park your luxury car is coming to North Texas
The 200,000-square-foot facility will be built on 11 acres of land in North Texas.

DALLAS — Condos for cars? A new, 200,000-square-foot auto garage facility planned in North Texas will be designed as a home for sports cars.
Maranello, a Plano luxury auto garages company, is planning a development on more than 11 acres of land at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane off the George Bush Turnpike designed for sports car owners with indoor-facing “garage condos.”
The company says the development will have 79 “condos” ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and say each condo will have a steel mezzanine with full utilities, app-controlled HVAC and glass garage doors that open to the interior of the facility.
It will also have a 13,000-square-foot, two-story lounge and 60,000-square-foot, open-air green space in the middle of the building for events, according to the company. The venue will be open year-round to its members and host car shows and other events.
“This will be the premier location for car shows in Texas,” said Maranello CEO Michael Holigan.
Construction is expected to start in the coming months and the facility is expected to be operational by spring of 2026. The company says it will be the first facility of its kind in Texas.
“There is nothing like this in Texas,” said Holigan. “Garage condo owners will drive into the building to access their garages. With all the garages facing into the building, members can visit with other collectors year-round as weather is never a factor. We’re creating a lifestyle destination where serious car collectors can bond and build a true community.”
