Former two division champion Devon Alexander (26-3) suffered a setback in December when he lost an unanimous decision to Amir Khan at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
BoxingScene.com recently caught up with the St. Louis, MO native to get an update on his career.
Alexander, who turns turns 28 next week, said that he plans to be back in the gym next week as he awaits the date of his next fight. He said that he is open to facing anyone and that he isn't looking for a soft touch.
More specifically he said that that he is particularly interested in the winners of the Robert Guerrero-Keith Thurman and Andre Berto-Josesito López fights that take place in March.
"I want any of the winners that are fighting soon. You know me, I don't like taking things easy so I need to challenge myself. The winners of either of those fights are fine with me," Alexander told BoxingScene.com.

First off....how are YOU making demands when you're 1-2 in your last 3 outings
2ndly...why would the WINNER of Guerrero/Thurman fight you, as if you're a step up in competition? Breh, you have to rebuild your career now and need to either ask for the LOSER of Guerrero/Thurman or the winner of Berto/Lopez
Third...your best victory at 147 was a washed up Randall Bailey. You might need to drop those 7lbs and come on back down to 140 where you were "The Great" with victories over Maidana, Matthysse, Urango, and Witter.
