It would be a tatical affair and I think Haney would win a decision. They will build this fight up and we might see it in a year or two. Unlike Tank vs either of these I can see this happening cause they share a platform.

Haney’s been saying This for a while now... he’s a natural Welter so I understand it.
The problem is that all these young future stars have been allowed to obtain belts of sorts so early in their careers. Meanwhile, their handlers have no actual interest in matching them against each other quiet yet (which I totally understand). Unless he’s having a tough time making weight, why move up to jr welter? 135 is where it’s at - even if it’s to just be a part of the divisions pageantry.
