Saw it with the kids today.
Wasn’t really feeling it. Story was kinda weird and boring. And the young girl having Gru come to her treehouse and shyt like that was type weird.

like i thought he'd help the roach guy get gru in the end, but after tennis, he just disappears from the film.

This was my first time actually watching one of these minion movies.
Felt kinda pointless and basic, like they didn’t have a story to tell but needed to fill time.
A lot of the subplots were half baked, aimless and quickly dropped. The girl with the baby goat had the most adorable one but it didn’t even last past Act 1.
And yea, the early scenes with Gru and the redhead cheerleader were… awkward.
