Derek Fisher gives worst motivational speech ever

You’re probably aware of this but here’s a reminder—the New York Knicks are very bad at basketball. Like, historically bad. Like, the New York Times doesn’t even want to cover them anymore, bad. They’re so bad that fans showed up to yesterday’s game with brown paper bags over their heads. They’re so bad that this speech from head coach Derek Fisher actually brought me to tears…from laughing.

If nothing else, when Fisher’s coaching career is over, he has a future in motivational speaking.

These hug blowouts haven't even been happening all season, at first it was just the other team pulling far ahead in the 4th.

But now, everything is just pointing to a big tank job So I'm not gonna want Fisher gone when he might be doing exacting what Phil wants him to
