You can look at this in the opposite way too. NC, Arizona, & Georgia are legitimately purple states now and if these migration shifts continue, then it could be enough to swing them blue.

AZ, NC and Georgia are still run by republicans by clear majorities in both state senate and state representatives... ain’t near purple because of how districts are drawn. People are moving into the cities while the rural areas are overwhelmingly red.
The STATE districts still favor republicans, even if the US house allocations dont.
That won’t cover the allocation of the electoral college.
NY and CA are losing votes.
