Pro worker yet giving tax cuts to billionaires who aren't doing Frontline work or whose presence is integral to the existence of the economy like the millions of workers buying products and services every day.

Anti censorship while actively trying to revoke funding for schools because they teach the "wrong" information.

Pro merit while at the same time villifying programs and policies designed to attract the best people regardless of race or gender. The entire point of DEI is to get as big of a pool of qualified applicants as you can and then bring those people in who have different backgrounds and thus can appeal to different groups.
