In a new interview, producer Deborah Snyder spoke about the different tone that Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) will bring to Justice League, their relationship, and the possibility of team-ups.

The DC Film Universe has officially started with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and we know exactly where it's headed until 2020. Nearly every member of the Justice League is getting their very own standalone film, except for Batman (Ben Affleck), but we all know they'll most likely announce it soon. Before the Comic-Con trailer for Suicide Squad was released, fans speculated as to how connected the DC films would be, and director David Ayer made it very clear that anyone can show up at any time by having Batman make an appearance in the first trailer.

Batman v Superman has had both fans and critics questioning if the rest of the DC Film Universe would have the same dark tone. In a recent interview with Forbes, producer Deborah Snyder spoke about the introduction of a more lighthearted tone and levity with certain characters like the Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher). Snyder also hinted at the relationship between the two heroes and how that might lead them to pop up in each other's standalone films. "As you can imagine, when we get to the Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher — who plays Cyborg — are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice comradery with each other. Ezra is super funny, so the tone of that film will be very different than the rest of them."

With Batman already making an appearance in David Ayer's Suicide Squad and him being rumored to appear in Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman, the possibility of Justice League members popping up in each other's films seems more likely. What do you think of Deborah Snyder hinting at a Cyborg and Flash team-up? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Couldn't give a fukk less about Cyborg. He's got no rogues gallery, he sits in the Watchtower moping all day, and he's a fukking ROBOT.

What black kid grew up reading comics and thought to themselves "Boy, I sure would like to lose my humanity and watch everyone else fly, be lord of the seas, run faster than the speed of light, and have a cool power ring that projects whatever they desire, while I play as a fukking MACHINE!":martin:

fukk up shyt is the character has mad potential but D.C. went and fukked it up. Black GL would have been better and relegate cyborg back to teen titans

Sounds like they're trying to give Barry Allen... Wally West's personalty, while also giving him the role they previously shoehorned Shazam in, in recent comics, as Cyborg's light-hearted 'buddy'.

It's hilarious because Wally West and John Stewart already took care of 3 major issues they're facing: A comedic light-hearted character (Wally), a bad ass very popular black character (John Stewart) and a resulting duo (Flash-GL) that would be very different than Batman / Superman but potentially show-stealing. Bruce Timm and Dwayne McDuffie already did the heavy lifting for them!

But it's like DC's corporate branch has some old conservative muthafukkers who are hell bent in force feeding us certain character renditions (Barry and Hal) come hell or high water... even if it causes them to do a whole bunch of needless reshuffling and rearranging to make sure certain quotas are met (comedic guy, black hero, alternative buddy pairing to SM/BM). Hell, they still don't feel it's the right time to break the news that they'll be going with Hal as their GL :russ:
Not after all those in-depth Forbe articles, opinion pieces and other actors calling for Stewart to take the reigns.
