I hope this works :to:

Props to DDP for this.

I've been meaning to do yoga, I've heard that supplementing it with a gym routine has given impressive strength gains and I'm trying to deadlift 500lbs before next summer. :takedat:

I've been lifting for close to a decade, and incorporated yoga almost 2 years ago. I can't really say much for the strength gains because the last 2 years I have just been in maintenance and cutting mode for the most part.

Let me tell you this...... the posture and walk will be Bruce Lee status. I started off thinking it was all physical...then I noticed how it made me feel and started researching. Yoga will change your perspective on life. It brings you more in tune with your emotions and in turn you start to know yourself better. As a bonus, the emotional high/stress release you get from it is unreal.

Yoga will change the way you lift as well. All I really know are like 20 poses, start off learning like 3-4 main ones..then add one every couple of days.

20 minutes of yoga 5 times a week is like :mindblown:

It will change your life, don't sleep on it any longer. General basic rule, don't have any food in your stomach or water for at least 2 hours before doing your session. It works best on an empty stomach, that's when you really tune in..and let your energy move.

I have faith DDP will pull this off. Only concern is when Scott is back on his lonesome.

The thought of them 3, all in tiptop shape.. for a quick run as a return stable? :ohhh:

The promos alone :ohlawd:

:wow:

:wow:

that pop in a city like NY, toronto, or Chicago would be legendary

let this happen:to:

Interesting post, where did you start learning the basics? Any websites or books in particular? :obama:

this would be great if it happened. Would love to see a clean, sober, in shape, and healthy Scott Hall one more time on tv.
