DC Officially Shuts Down Vertigo

DC is shutting down Vertigo label, will brand comics by age-appropriateness

Instead they're going to distribute comics based on "age appropriateness" which basically mirrors TV/Film ratings.

What's your take on the end of an era in Vertigo?

Vertigo hasn't been the same in many years. A lot of would be Vertigo titles went to Image.

I am fine with it.
Vertigo has been on the downward slope for a while now and once Karen Berger left it was pretty much a done deal that Vertigo was unofficially dead.
Its not like they are cancelling any of the books so they might as well have everything under the DC banner.
