It was not the best film of the year :beli:

That being said it was a solid watch. I had some complaint here in there especially with how they used Bishop I don't even know why put that nikka in the movie at all but a decent watch. For a franchise based on minority struggle how they barely used minorities is very :ld:to me.

I'm about to quit superhero movies.

Last I saw was Cap, and while impressive in its scope, shrewd storytelling choices, and competent action sequences it just fell flat for me.

All superhero movies are sorta moving in that direction of going to lengths to appease fanboys. I'm not saying that casual fans can't enjoy this new spate of comic book films, it's just that I'd wager that they don't mean as much. They're the epitome of froth and paint by numbers action films.

I really think there's nothing to distinguish them, especially Marvel films.
