would watch anytime howard stern was on & became a fan around 94. he was the best interviewer, sometimes he'd clown a guest without them knowing. like cameron diaz if she was yappin like a bimbo

classic moments: when he roasted bill oreilly, andy kaufman vs jerry lawler, the first show after 9/11- he nailed it better than any other show.

but the thing i liked most was he didn't mind a bit of awkwardness & would have guests other shows didn't. like stern, weird music guests, john witherspoon was a regular. this interview with harmony korine right after he wrote 'kids' is classic



the last few shows have been really good. norm macdonald's last appearance in case you missed it

very unique show. that last montage was awesome

howard stern had a guy named evil dave that sounded exactly like letterman. except he was an idiot & would butcher every joke they wrote for him
