His "army" is Cherry, Karen, and some regular ass people. They're teasing White Tiger and maybe we get Cage but why are you thinking Iron Man is supposed to be on the frontline? :russ:

Quote the post where I said Iron Man needs to be in the show?

Now you're just making things up :mjlol:

My point was don't do a large scale storyline if you can't get the required actors for the characters who need to be involved.

You're overestimating how "large scale" the threat is. This is still something that DD, Frank, and street level characters can handle. It's just dirty cops, money laundering, and other things that don't require the real heroes to get out of bed for. You don't go from war with Thanos to fighting Kingpin. Let the lil nikkas put that work in.

If you thought Spiderman needed to pull up to address the vigilante ban than I don't know what to tell you.

Most people know going in you won't see other heroes assist so you just assume they're off world or somewhere else dealing with their own issues. Expecting team ups and crossovers every time there's danger that you think should effect other characters is silly.

How am I overestimating how large scale the threat is? Daredevil literally got to the base, felt how the big the army was and then ran away. Frank Castle walked up there and got his ass beat and then got captured. Kingpin is literally kidnapping high profile people and putting them in cages in his own Guantanamo Bay :dead:

Spiderman shouldn't show up? but there's an army who are allowed to hunt down vigilantes in the same City Spiderman is in with free reign. Spiderman shouldn't show up yet the show referenced the character as being a vigilante?

No other heroes need to show up yet the show is a continuation of two other shows in which Kingpin appeared in one which featured an Avenger who knows who Kingpin is :mjlol:

Again you're sounding dumb.

It's above anything in the other seasons because they needed to raise the stakes and make it interesting. They made him mayor and he's abusing his power. They didn't give him the Tessaract.

If you can stop the threat with fists, feet, blunt objects, and guns you don't need the Avengers. They step in the next season will be resolved in one 15 minute episode.

The reasoning is irrelevant. Kingpin in the past seasons was a shadow boss of Hell's Kitchen and never had anywhere near this level of power. Now they've levelled the character up to the point where the show is breaking it's own immersion as part of a shared universe. Kingpin now a DICTATOR of an entire City with City level resources.

HBO's The Penguin is a slightly different issue. There is no rights issue (as WB/DC owns all of the rights to Batman).

However, WB/DC believe that Batman is only suitable for animation or the big screen (live-action film). Batman appearing in a live-action show would "cheapen Batman's brand".
Batman was in the last episode of Gotham.

Exactly the point. We suspend disbelief for the real world but we can't for a made up universe long enough to encapsulate the story for what it is?

"No other heroes need to get involved" yet the show is direct continuation of two other superhero shows which is also featured Daredevil and Kingpin :mjlol:

Y'all sound so damn stupid :mjlol:
