shyt is awful. corny ass dialogue nowhere near as good as the netflix show. ridiculous overuse of cgi/green screen and blurry ass backgrounds where you can tell actors weren’t even in the same room together when filming. characters with 3 seasons of development written off in the first 10 mins. and don’t get me started on cuckpin

I'm only 15 minutes into episode 1 to be fair so let's see

This shyt is nice outside of the CGI. certainly not as gritty as the Netflix shyt, but great story so far

Episode 1
Good reintroduction to the Daredevil world. Nice set up for showing where the characters were back when and what they will become in this series.
I like how Matt and Fisk can simultaneously cut through the bullshyt but also show restraint in not trying to take each other's heads off.
Kind of funny watching Fisk trying NOT to be Kingpin but also not NOT trying to entirely be Kingpin.

I bout cried when Foggy's chest just exploded out. Seeing it all come together when the guy on the phone was like, "he wanted to know where you were!" Foggy got better and better as the show went on and we could have had peak Foggy in this. I hope he comes back in flashbacks. He's Matt's rock.

The fight between Daredevil and Bullseye was dope as fukk! Holy shyt did they really fukk each other up in this! Going shot for shot, blow for blow and knowing each other's moves and having counters ready was sublime! Ricochet, deflect, kick, dodge, roll, slip, knife, knife, deflect, kick, stab, ricochet, knife, innocent bystander, defend, deflect, pool ball, dodge, dip, duck dive and......dodge! And these dudes were going for kill shots! I don't care how much Matt prays, he was gonna kill Dex!
Hearing Foggy's heartbeat and labored breathing. All the while these dudes went to war was also an amazing touch.
And when Foggy died and Matt just lost it with grief and Dex just going full on lunatic Bullseye laughing at him knowing that he won't kill him. Straight demon status!
But you don't laugh at the Devil! Matt just dropped that motherfukker off the roof! Like straight to hell with him! I'm like oh shyt! And then that motherfukker comes back to life!
Don't think this needs a spoiler but the only CGI that looked a little off was the smoke. Like trying to to overlay AND underlay digital smoke on a fight scene between the Devil and a demon must be hell. Pun intended.

I like how they have Fisk refer to this "run in with a vigilante". Because the way he describes it, it can be referring to Echo or the end of DD S3. It's just vague enough that both work.
I have to watch the end of DD S3 again. I swear they were going in another direction than this one. Basically the one where Matt becomes the Leader of the Hand.

I knew people would nitpick this to death
Damn they came out swinging on these first two episodes. I had a feeling this would be the angle they would take with Fisk, just wish it happened at a different point in our actual timeline. The tension that was building in the second episode was fantastic. Definitely will be running these episodes back in a couple of days before episode 3 drops.

a little disappointed that the action wasn't as graphic as Netflix but it's only two episodes in so I'm not going to be overly nitpicky but I'm liking it so far can't wait to see more
