Daredevil (2003) Directors Cut, what's the verdict?

I've heard many people say the directors cut is one of their favorite super hero movies of all time. Is it really that good or was the theatrical version so bad that it made the directors cut seem better than it actually was?


I've seen neither, just wondering

Director's Cut made more sense than the theatre version so it gets a thumbs up by me.
