Danny Granger went from academic All-Star to NBA All-Star | Indianapolis Star | indystar.com

Kinda surprised me, but I guess NBA gooning and being an academic standout are not mutually exclusive...real dude.

Smart cat, but being an athlete definitely helps. I knew a lot of guys at Brown who were smart, but not stereotypically ivy league smart. But they played ball.

Then again, most people at ivy league schools aren't as smart as society thinks they are.

Edit: Engineering and 30 ACT  Hats off to him.

Though I'm not sue how that ACT scale works because everyone over here took the SAT, but I think that's out of a potential 36 or something.

yea...even if he didnt play ball, a 30 on the ACT would give him a free ride (at least some good scholarship money) to a lot of schools.

He graduated at Grace King prolly the least ghetto public school in the New Orleans area. A 20 on the ACT is good 25 is great 30 and above is excellent
