Daniel Cormier responds to Jon Jones: You aren't 'one to question me'

Jon Jones recently questioned Daniel Cormier's injury and DC has responded saying, because Jones has pulled out of his fair share of bouts in the past, he should not be the one to question him.


Daniel Cormier has something to tell Jon Jones. Surprise, surprise.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jones recently questioned whether or not Cormier was actually injured or simply 'hurt' when he pulled out of their UFC 197 rematch which would have occurred this weekend.




Shortly after DC's injury was confirmed, Ovince Saint Preux filled in for him on short notice and will fight Jones for the interim light heavyweight belt at UFC 197 live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas this Saturday, April 23.


Cormier and the winner of Jones vs. OSP are expected to unify the two titles later this year.

The current titleholder wasn't pleased when he saw Jones' comments, so took to Twitter on Monday to express his thoughts on Jones questioning his injury, noting a handful of occasions when Bones himself pulled out of a fight.
