With the family life in the front of my mind i dont have time to be in the gym 4-5 times a week. I can manage 3 times though and for those 3 days i think ive got a good full body regiment going here to keep me where i need to be.

Day 1
50 - 60 burpees (warmup)
Squats 3x8 Increasing weight
Flys/dumbell raises laying on back - 3x8
3x8 overhead military press
150 sit ups
3x12 - static leg raises

Day 2

50-60 burpee (warmup)
Dead lifts 3x8 increasing weight
Military press 3x8
Same abs

Day 3

100 burpees
Curl then raise the dumbell over my head while standing 3x8 (Curl - raise = 1 rep)
3x8 dips
Same ab routine

At home - 24 pullups on bar between gym days
Optional 100 ab wheels

I'm assuming a young kid one starred this. Brehs, I just turned 30. Got a 2 year old boy. My lifting has gone to absolute shyt the past couple years because between my boy and my business, I have zero time. I interned years ago and my boss told me "I used to look like you." It now makes sense. I need to figure out how to find motivation and time to get back at it how I used to.

As fathers with hit to do we gotta get in and get out. This workout to be honest takes up a good hour and a half of my time because of the burpee conditioning. Im already seein results. Did 100 burpees today in a short amount of time and was able to continue working out like nothing. I even wear a sweat jacket while doing it so i can burn more water weight. Staying hydrated but its payin off. Did a pushup and literally jumped to my damn feet during the burpee. :whoo: Stomach pics from January 1st dont even look like the same dude in the gut area, which is one of my targets. This daddy workout, i think we may have a winner.
