so to start off let me tell you a little about myself so you can properly assess my current situation.. back in highschool i worked out for 2 years straight doing 6 days a week, eating properly and taking a couple supplements. at the time i was being recruited by some university football teams and needed to put on some size and get my strength up. my gains were all positive and before the my last season of high school ball my max bench was close to 300 and i got pretty big weighing close to 225. during that season i had a partial separation on my left shoulder and it ended my season. i tried to get back into the gym after that season and my shoulder popped out in the gym ultimately ending my time at the gym. i still ended up keeping some size and eventually got into cycling, like 60 km rides a couple times a week for a couple months. my girlfriend broke up with me and i lost concentration, and started picking up bad habbits like smoking , eating fast food, excessive drinking on the weekends , pretty much everything i used to stay away from because of my old healthy lifestyle.
well thats all gunna change, my family and i recently moved out to the country and its a 17.6 km (11 mile) bike ride to the gym. i wanna know will that be bad for trying to gain back my old physique??? i have some body fat i could definitely lose and im still decently big but will the excess cardio ruin my goals??
im going to be stacking GAT nitraflex, GAT jetmass, and am also taking whey isolate protein and i wanna go to the gym as much as possible at least 5 days a week. help me out guys, i cant be slouching anymore, its time to get back into this shyt one day at a time. any advice is appreciated.
