i've been on this whole carb backloading diet the last 5 or 6 days my trainer has me set on. i smashed a carb shake and some pasta w dinner after lifting fri night but since then i've only done cardio and shoulder rehab so i've been on the under 30gs carbs a day for 4 days. first time i think i ever officially kicked my body into ketosis. the taste, the headaches, the occasional dizzy feeling
. not really a fan but i'm squatting tonight so looks like i will finally get some carbs in my system afterward
. i guess the goal is recomp but 4 days straight of under 30gs of carbs definitely feels like a cut to me
