Cutting and making ab gains

Basically since August I've been slacking off in the gym due to a lot of traveling, which caused me to not get into the gym as much as I should of been.

Now its Feb....I want to get a outline of abs in my stomach...shooting for the end of April. I am not sure if I should actually do a cut or not.

I was thinking of doing a straight core workout 2-3 times a week while on a cut...but is it possible to build ab muscles while cutting?

I don't do any core workouts directly, I only do Squats (Weekly), deadlifts (sadly not weekly these days) and pullups/dips as far as excercises that hit them indirectly.

Any advice would be appreciated

you need to work ya abs out 6 days out of 7. And work them bytches hard. Like tons of different exercises to hit them from every angle. You will see a difference in 3 months. Also stop eating a lot. You should go on intermittent fasting meaning you eat once in the morning and once at night
