My god I"m playing this game on my PC right now after buying it but not really trying it for more than 20 minutes and I'm literally 
@ the graphics. Mind you I have a graphics mod installed and I was just browsing online and saw many more mods and hd texture mods to compliment what I'm using now. I mean imagine if more games were made exclusive on PC first and then ported to consoles where would we be??
This video seriously looks like next gen shyt to me and this is from a 2007 game(though it is modded)

Also this game downsampled at 2056x1440P to my TV makes the game look EXTREMELY sharp. My PC can play it at around 30FPS+ with some settings on mid/high without a problem. Seeing a game likes this makes it hard for me to go back to playing a console game. Halo 4 looks like a damn PS2 game compared to this.
